Basin Burnout
Be part of Basin Burnout 2026.
Basin Burnout is an all-day event bringing together the Permian Basin community for BBQ, live music, and a cause that directly supports veteran organizations. It’s a great opportunity to get in front of a large, engaged crowd in a setting that’s a lot more relaxed than your typical industry event. Our vendors are set up from 12-6p on May 2 and receive walk through traffic from attendees of our BBQ competition, as well as those arriving for our evening concert.
Veteran-Owned Businesses and Organizations
We offer complimentary 10 x 10 exhibitor spaces for veteran-owned businesses and veteran organizations.

Exhibitor Package | $500
Each exhibitor package includes:
10 x 10 exhibitor space
2 VIP all-day passes with access to VIP standing area for the headliner concert
Pre-assigned load-in time (Friday (May 1) morning or Saturday (May 2) morning depending on size of spot registered for)
Access to alcohol ordering through a TABC-approved vendor (if registered before April 10)
Add-On Options
Upgrade to 10 x 20 exhibitor space for an additional $500
VIP table for 8 for the headliner concert for $2,500
Additional VIP all-day passes for $100 a piece
