Know Before You Go

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Basin Burnout on May 2.

Below is everything you need to know ahead of your arrival so you can plan your day.

Event Overview

An All-Day Pass includes full access to the BBQ Cook-Off and Music Festival, with live music throughout the day, complimentary BBQ samples from competing teams, and local exhibitors.

A Concert Only Pass allows entry beginning at 5:00 PM. Concert ticket holders are invited to catch our BBQ competition awards ceremony and veteran tribute on the Cook-Off Stage before heading to the amphitheater for the evening performance.

  • 2:00 PM – Lane Coffman & The Outliers // Cook-Off Stage
  • 3:00 PM – The Pump Handle Vandals // Cook-Off Stage
  • 4:00 PM – No Dry County // Cook-Off Stage
  • 5:00 PM – Canaan Bryce // Cook-Off Stage // Gates Open (Concert Ticket Holders)
  • 6:00 PM – BBQ Competition Winner Announcements + Tribute to Veterans // Cook-Off Stage
  • 7:15 PM – Cody Jasper // Main Stage
  • 9:00 PM – Stone Temple Pilots // Main Stage

Tickets & Entry

All tickets must be purchased through ETix. Please have your ETix QR code ready for entry.

If you received your ticket through ETix as a cook team member, exhibitor, or sponsor, please note:

  • Each individual must have their own ETix ticket for entry
  • Your ETix ticket will be required for re-entry if you leave the venue
  • Sponsors must use their assigned ETix tickets for entry on Saturday

Re-entry

All-Day Pass holders will receive wristbands that allow for re-entry throughout the day. Please ensure each person in your group has their own ticket for re-entry access.

Parking & Access

Parking is available in the west lots, though rideshare is encouraged. Please use I-10 for entry. The Cotton Flat/Garfield entrance will be closed, including for rideshare drop-offs.

What You Can Bring

Service dogs, blankets, strollers, and clear bags are permitted.

What's Not Allowed

Outside food or beverages, weapons, chairs, and tents are not permitted.

Additional Reminders

  • This is a cashless event
  • Clear bag policy is in effect
  • Valid ID is required for guests 21+ purchasing alcohol
